Using Viva Insights and Microsoft 365 admin data, we build your Copilot adoption dashboard and run the first measurement cycle. We identify which departments are engaging, which need a nudge, and what barriers are preventing usage. The insights feed directly into targeted follow-up actions and campaign adjustments.
We culminate the programme with a planned, visible company-wide launch event — whether virtual, in-person, or hybrid.
